Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on nanoman.co.in. The seller is Nilima Nanotechnologies, maker of Nanoman coatings (“we”, “us”). You, the buyer, accept these terms by ticking the terms box at checkout and placing your order. Please read them before you pay.

1. Who you are buying from

2. Business customers only

We sell to registered businesses in India. Every order needs the buyer’s company name and a valid GSTIN that matches the billing address. Our products are industrial chemical products, packed and sold for industrial and institutional use, and are not for retail sale. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by agreement.

3. Prices, GST and the total you pay

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout: CGST and SGST for buyers in Maharashtra, IGST for buyers in other states.
  • HSN codes: 38099170 for Fabric + Textile; 38249990 for Glass + Ceramic, Anti Rust + Corrosion and Anti Graffiti Non Porous.
  • Delivery within India is free. There are no other charges.
  • Before you pay, the cart and checkout show the price of each item, the GST, the delivery charge and the total you will pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

4. Products, packs and order quantities

  • Fabric + Textile concentrate is sold per litre in 10 L cans. The minimum order is 10 L.
  • The Fabric + Textile trial litre (1 L, ready to use) is limited to one per GSTIN.
  • Glass + Ceramic is sold per set (Part A + Part B). One set makes 20 L of ready-to-use coating when diluted with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol, which is not supplied.
  • Anti Rust + Corrosion and Anti Graffiti Non Porous are sold per litre.
  • For larger quantities, email info@nilimanano.com for a bulk quote or discount code before you pay. Codes are issued at our discretion and apply only to the order they are issued for.
  • Each product page describes the product and its pack, and links to its technical data sheet and safety data sheet. Please read them, and check that the product suits your use, before you order.

5. Payment

Payment is in advance, in full, by UPI or bank transfer, using the order number as the reference. We do not take card payments and do not offer credit. An order is accepted once the payment has cleared in our account. Orders that remain unpaid for 7 days lapse automatically.

6. Invoice

A GST tax invoice is issued in the name and GSTIN given at checkout and emailed once payment clears. Please check these details before you pay; an invoice can only be corrected through a credit note.

7. Dispatch and delivery

Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared, and we confirm the dispatch date and courier details by email. Delivery times given by us or the courier are estimates. Ownership and risk pass to the buyer on delivery.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

  • Cancellation window: you may cancel an order within 2 hours of our email confirming your payment, by emailing info@nilimanano.com with the order number. We then refund the full amount to the account it came from within 7 business days.
  • These are industrial chemical products. After that 2-hour window, an order cannot be cancelled, and goods cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Damage in transit: please inspect the delivery on arrival and report any damage, leakage, shortage or wrong item to info@nilimanano.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the outer packaging and the containers. We assess each report case by case and tell you the outcome by email.
  • If we cancel an order ourselves, for example because the buyer’s details cannot be verified or we cannot supply the goods, we refund the amount paid in full, to the account it came from, within 7 business days.

9. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose. Performance and service-life figures on our website and data sheets are typical values for guidance only.

10. Trial litre credit

After a trial litre is paid for, we issue a ₹1,500 credit code. It can be used once, on the first order of 10 L or more of Fabric + Textile concentrate placed within 90 days, by the same GSTIN. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with another trial credit.

11. Use of the products

Follow the technical data sheet and safety data sheet for each product, including dilution (with deionised water, IPA or ethanol, as the data sheet states), surface preparation, application, ventilation and storage. Always test on a small, hidden area of the actual material first. Results depend on the material, its preparation and how the product is applied, which are outside our control. The buyer is responsible for deciding whether a product suits its own materials and end use.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods in that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, profit or materials treated.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event stops us supplying an order, we will cancel it and refund any amount paid for the undelivered goods.

14. Complaints and Grievance Officer

Send any complaint about an order, a product or this website to our Grievance Officer: Nirav Kothari, Proprietor, Nilima Nanotechnologies, 3rd Floor, 308, The Jewel, Tata Road No. 1, Opera House, Girgaon, Mumbai 400004, email info@nilimanano.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours with a complaint reference number, which you can quote to follow its progress, and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

15. Your information

We use the details you give at checkout to process, invoice and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from an order.
