Is the whole Nanoman range PFAS-free?
Yes. Every Nanoman coating is PFAS-free, including the fabric, glass, stone, metal, solar and Anti Microbial products.
Will it change the look or feel of furniture, rugs or upholstery?
No. Fabric + Textile bonds around individual fibres instead of forming a film, so colour, softness and breathability stay the same.
How is Fabric + Textile supplied and applied in production?
It comes in 10 litre concentrate cans and is diluted 1:19 to 1:39 with deionised water, so one can makes 200 to 400 litres ready to use. It is spray-applied, is touch dry in 1 to 2 hours and fully cured in 24 hours, so it fits in as a finishing step.
How long does the protection last?
It depends on use and cleaning. As a guide: carpets and furniture 1 to 2 years, awnings 2 to 3 years and clothing 3 to 6 months. Our hard-surface coatings last up to 5 years depending on use.
