How it works
The lotus effect, at home.
Each coating bonds to the surface and leaves it strongly water-repellent. Liquids bead and roll off instead of soaking in, so stains have less chance to set and dirt struggles to stick.
Every product is formulated for one kind of material, so a sofa stays soft, glass stays clear and stone keeps its natural finish. You clean less often, with less effort, and surfaces stay in better condition for longer.
Questions about nanocoatings at home
What is a nano fabric coating?
An invisible water and stain repellent treatment that bonds to the fibres of a fabric. Water, coffee and wine bead on the surface instead of soaking in, and lift away with a paper towel or damp cloth. The fabric keeps its colour, feel and breathability.
Which fabrics can it be used on?
Most natural and synthetic fabrics, including cotton, linen, wool, silk, polyester and blends, on sofas, rugs, carpets, curtains, cushions and outdoor furniture. Always test a small hidden area first.
How is Fabric + Textile applied?
It is supplied as a concentrate. 10 litres mixed with 250 litres of deionised (DI) water makes 260 litres ready to use. It is sprayed on until the fabric is evenly damp, is touch dry in 1 to 2 hours and reaches full performance in 24 hours.
How long does the protection last?
On glass, ceramics and stone, up to 5 years depending on exposure. On fabric it depends on use and cleaning: as a guide, 1 to 2 years on carpets and furniture. Re-treat after deep cleaning.
