Super concentrate1 L makes up to 1,000 L of cleaner.
Overview
Bio-based surfactants get under oil, grease, carbon and grime, lift it off the surface and hold it in suspension. Soiling that used to need a brush, a solvent and hot water lets go on its own.
One concentrate for every cleaning job
- Degreasers
- Floor cleaners
- Vehicle shampoos
- Glass cleaners
Dilute it to suit the job: 1:5 for heavy grease and carbon, 1:20 for everyday cleaning, 1:100 in scrubber-dryers and pressure washers.
In use with Indian Railways
Years of grime, off in one pass
Rolling stock is some of the hardest cleaning there is: brake dust, diesel, grease and years of track grime baked on by the sun. These are Indian Railways coaches, cleaned with Biocleaner.

Why it feels different
Spray. Wait. Wipe. Done.
Most cleaners make you do the work: scrub harder, use a stronger solvent, add heat. Biocleaner does it chemically. Its bio-based surfactants bring the surface tension of the cleaning water down from about 72 to 20–30 mN/m, so the liquid creeps under oil and grime instead of sliding over it, lifts it off and holds it in suspension until you wipe or rinse it away.
- 1
Spray
Dilute for the job and spray, mop, foam or wash it on.
- 2
Wait 30 seconds
Give it 30 seconds to 2 minutes while the surfactants get under the soiling.
- 3
Wipe or rinse
Wipe with a damp cloth or rinse. No scrubbing, no solvent smell, no neutralising rinse.
Cost in use
₹5,500 a litre. In use, ₹5.50 to ₹110 a litre.
You dilute twice. First, 1 L of super concentrate is made up to 10 L with RO or DI water: that is the working concentrate, at ₹550 a litre. Then the working concentrate is diluted with water for the job. Ratios are working concentrate to finished solution: 1:20 means 1 L of working concentrate made up to 20 L.

Questions
About using Biocleaner.
How do I dilute Biocleaner?
Dilute in two steps. Make up 1 L of super concentrate to 10 L with RO or DI water: that is the working concentrate. Then dilute the working concentrate with water for the job: 1:5 for heavy grease, carbon and engines, 1:10 for heavily soiled floors and vehicles, 1:20 for everyday cleaning, 1:50 for glass and 1:100 for scrubber-dryers and pressure washers. Ratios are working concentrate to finished solution: 1:20 means 1 L made up to 20 L with water.
How much does it cost to use?
The super concentrate costs ₹5,500 per litre plus GST, which makes 10 litres of working concentrate at ₹550 a litre. Diluted for use, it costs ₹110 a litre at 1:5, ₹27.50 a litre at 1:20 and ₹5.50 a litre at 1:100.
Do I need to scrub?
Usually not. Spray or apply the diluted cleaner, give it 30 seconds to 2 minutes, then wipe with a damp cloth or rinse. For heavy, old deposits, a soft brush or a second application helps.
What surfaces can I use it on?
Painted and powder-coated metal, stainless steel, glass, plastics, rubber, tiles, sealed stone, concrete, fabrics and carpets. Test a small hidden area of delicate surfaces first, and keep soaking times short on aluminium and other light alloys.
What does it not do?
It is a cleaner and degreaser, not a disinfectant, and it does not convert rust. Always dilute it before use.
Does it contain enzymes, bacteria or lye?
No. Biocleaner is made with bio-based surfactants and contains no enzymes, live bacteria, lye, solvents, chlorine or PFAS.
Can I use it with hot water, steam or a pressure washer?
Yes. It works in cold water and in hot water or steam up to 95 °C, in pressure washers, foam lances and scrubber-dryers.
How should I store it?
Store the super concentrate at 5 to 35 °C with the cap closed, away from frost. It keeps for 24 months unopened. Use diluted cleaner within 14 days.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 100 litres of super concentrate, in steps of 20 litres. You choose 10 litre or 20 litre cans when you order. Delivery is free across India.
